The Business Network Group’s support team provides a single point of contact for every client we serve, as well as offering clients a framework and resource for day-to-day support and issue resolution. There are two key ways in which a client can access support; either by emailing the helpdesk or by calling directly at: 203-933-8264 or 888-475-4383 extension 0.

The Helpdesk prioritizes network issues and tracks all client requests. The client will provide some basic information to the Helpdesk staff so that appropriate assistance as well as a prompt response can be provided.

The Business Network Group’s Helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
